Utilising the best German single or multi-speed fans, Condensation Control Ltd has put together a series of its own high efficiency low noise extraction kits. All kits exceed the standards AS1668.2 and NZS4303 required by the NZ building code for either intermitent or continuous use many times over. The kit includes a commercial quality back draft damper to prevent unwanted air loss in homes that are being built to high "airtight" standards and eliminates outside wind noise which is often an issue with cheap low quality fans that tend to be installed almost as standard in new NZ homes.
